Providing a guiding light to the energy experts

Working with great companies gives us an even greater responsibility to be the ‘guiding light’ in helping them to reflect the strength of their brand.

Bespoke Brands worked with Murton & Co to produce a new identity, supporting collateral and strategic marketing support, giving them the confidence to go after large contracts like Assura, a company that owns and manages over 600 health care buildings in the UK. Boasting a strong brand has given Murton & Co the ability to consolidate their position as the ‘go-to experts in energy efficiency’.

Overview

Murton & Co first engaged with Bespoke Brand’s Marketing Director Neil at a business development course for business owners. They were really impressed with him and what he was contributing to the group. Meeting him at a later date during a client meeting was the spark that ignited the start of a beautiful relationship.

The challenge

Murton & Co was doing okay, but they felt they were ‘just rumbling along’. They reached out to Bespoke Brands because they wanted more of a consistent approach to marketing and they wanted to get their message out there. They wanted Bespoke Brands to position them in a better light. Murton & Co were searching for a ‘guiding light’ to direct them. The company felt they needed an independent pair of eyes to scrutinise them from the outside because it’s hard to see the business from within. They wanted to see what they were presenting to the world, both in imagery (branding) and what their prospective clients see.

Why Murton & Co chose Bespoke Brands?

Murton & Co felt they had no choice: it was a continuation of a good relationship. They were happy with the initial work that Neil produced. They felt secure in the knowledge that the level of service would continue. Neil provided support with the strategic direction and Lance supported them with creative visual representation. They feel Bespoke Brands has a good set up and platform where the people work together with different niches. In short, Neil and Bespoke Brand’s Creative Director Lance, both complement each other.

The service and the solution

Bespoke Brands understood the message and the business after initially creating the new Murton & Co branding. They were able to provide a platform to move forward with and brought in other experts, like Huddle Social and a PR journalist Helen Gregory. Bespoke Brands generated ideas and a clear strategic vision for the brand. They were able to ask pertinent questions like where the market is going. But they were also able to bring a creative flare. They used the story of ‘The Three Little Pigs’, taking the complex service offered by Murton & Co and applied it to a simplistic idea that made it memorable for their audience.
